Kifal is looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for all human resources-related activities within our Moroccan office, and responsible to acquire, develop, motivate and retain the best local talent.
- Assist in formulating and executing an ambitious recruitment plan. - Oversee the entire hiring process, from drafting job descriptions to screening and managing interviews. - Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, setting clear expectations from the outset. - Conduct performance reviews throughout the organization, ensuring fair appraisals. - Provide support to staff, line managers, and executives in various HR areas, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development. - Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies, focusing on retention and minimizing turnover. - Validate monthly payroll, maintaining precise records of changes and inputs. - Participate in and support internal and external audits as needed. - Implement and enforce processes and policies related to recruiting, onboarding, leave management, benefits, talent development, etc. - Offer leadership on people-related issues and policies throughout the company. - Handle employee conflicts and de-escalate tense situations effectively. - Effectively communicate at all levels within the organization, supporting business development and facilitating change initiatives when required.
You will report to the General Manager, Dotted line to Group HR Head.
- 3/5 years of international HR experience - Proactive, ethical manager with strong interpersonal skills - Demonstrates thoughtful decision-making and strong judgment - Experience or knowledge in Payroll is a big plus - Proven project management and execution in fast-paced environments - Results-oriented with exceptional time management skills - Identifies and implements efficiencies and process improvements. - Knowledgeable in recruitment and experienced in overseeing people management. - Familiarity with diverse business functions is an advantage. - In-depth understanding of corporate governance and management best practices. - Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
