The Senior Administrative Assistant provides support to JESA managers, leadership team and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. He/She handles a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing • Arrangements of travel, restaurant and hotel reservations, preparation of travel authorizations, processing requests for visas, identity cards and other documents. • Handle requests in an appropriate manner • Setup and coordinate meetings/appointments and conferences; Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations • Provides support and assistance in the development, writing, implementation, and management of policies, processes, and programs under supervision • Prepares written reports, position papers, and executive summaries. • Bac +2/3 • Curricula: Business Administration and/or Management • 5-10 years general experience
