About the position

Introduction to the position

Glovo is looking for passionate and experienced people to join our IT Service Desk team in Morocco. Our service desk team is a core function of the IT organization and a key contributor in providing high quality production support for our business critical IT systems.

Your role

- Provide timely & effective support for all IT systems. - Resolve Layer 1 and 2 service requests. - Develop and maintain documentation and procedures. - Administrate and operate different IT tools and systems. - Prepare end-user hardware. - Maintain inventory. - Maintain an operated audiovisual system. - Be the IT responsible on-site.

Your qualifications

- A degree in Computer Science or relevant experience - At least 2 years of experience in the field - Good problem-solving skills and a technical mindset - Good communication skills - Experience supporting Windows and Mac OSX environments - Experience supporting Google Workspace (G-suit), Zoom and Slack services - You speak English fluently Nice to have: Experience with Jira Service Desk Experience with Onelogin system
