About the position

Introduction to the position

As an Inbound Sales Executive at Glovo, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team based in Casablanca, focusing on building relationships with local stores and corporate customers who express interest in partnering with the company.

Your role

Partnership Onboarding: - Engage local stores who express interest in partnering with Glovo - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired partners - Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a focus on client satisfaction Pipeline Management: - Keep the inbound sales pipeline updated daily, tracking the progress of leads and deals - Prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously Collaborative Environment: - Actively collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for effective inbound sales - Contribute to a supportive team environment that encourages growth and development Customer-centric Approach: - Ensure that all partnerships align with the company's goals and profitability standards. - Be a key advocate for Glovo's solutions, demonstrating how they benefit our partners Continuous Learning: - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities - Act as a methodological and fast learner, utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce) effectively

Your qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on managing inbound inquiries and leads - Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in the local language is essential, with fluency in English - Target Orientation: Overachieving targets in an inbound sales context is a must - Proactive Approach: Display a proactive and hungry approach to converting inbound leads - Adaptability: Embrace challenges with the mindset that "Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen" - Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
