Introduction

We are seeking a “Top Accounts” Sales Executive to join Glovo's Partners and Brands team in Fes, Morocco! As a Top Accounts Sales Executive at Glovo, you'll play a pivotal role as a key representative of our company's sales team in Fes. Your primary responsibilities will include building a robust pipeline and securing partnerships with local stores and corporate clients across the city. The Partners and Brands team is dedicated to collaborating with both small local businesses and major brands, showcasing them on our Glovo platform to enhance their visibility and performance. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Regional Area Manager's team to achieve our objectives.

Your Role

- Identify the most valuable establishments in your cities in the food category such as restaurants, snacks, Pastries - Seal partnerships with the best accounts, always aligned with the company goals - As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability of your country - Build long-term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding - Be responsible for the whole sales process of visibility assets with current partners to find and negotiate the best products adapted to their needs and according to their cities. - Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company - Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis - Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference - Do regular field trips (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing deals)

Your Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales – key contacts in the industry is a plus - Full professional level in the local language of the country and fluency in English is a must - Have excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, strong grammar and writing skills - For you never is enough, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf - Overachieving targets is a must - You don't redempt, you have to hunt like a hungry wolf - Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen - An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude - You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce)
