JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions is the management consulting business unit of JESA, delivering consultancy services for JESA clients in industry, infrastructure and urban development throughout Africa.

Votre rôle
As Advisory Senior Manager, you will be a key player in our organisation and you will lead a project team where you will have full responsibility of one or more projects. In a challenging environment, you will play an active role in driving teams to achieve client’s business outcomes by making decisions and overseeing project process end to end. You will also develop JESA positioning in current and new markets and represent JESA worthily in front of different categories of clients.
Main scope:
- Developing business towards new markets (new sectors and new locations)
- Preparing technical and financial proposals within the scope assigned by principal or director
- Managing projects from kick-off meeting to final delivery to client including assigning and managing the staff required by the project
- Creating strategic alliance with other consulting partners
- Conducting client presentations
- Managing the performance and maximizing the profitability of Consulting projects
- Anticipating, Managing, and Minimizing project risks
- Analyzing the Market for a better positioning with regard to competitors
- Managing and developing professional skills of the consulting staff
- Supporting the development of new joiners through mentoring
Vos qualifications
Curricula: Top Tier business or engineering schools in France, USA and Morocco such as (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP or X, Centrale Supélec, Mines, Harvard, Columbia, EMI, EHTP...)
Experience in Operational Excellence, or Strategy Consulting, or both.
