Introduction to the position

Join Jobzyn, a NextGen recruitment platform, as a Senior ML/AI Engineer. You'll lead the development of our cutting-edge AI solutions that power our intelligent matching algorithms, while working closely with our product and leadership teams to shape the future of recruitment technology.

Your role

As a Senior ML/AI Engineer, you will: - Design and Develop AI Solutions: Design and build advanced machine learning models and LLM-based systems and AI workflows. - Build Agentic Workflows: Architect and implement sophisticated AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph to create autonomous, multi-step workflows that can handle complex recruitment tasks with minimal human intervention. - Develop Recommendation Engines: Design and implement advanced recommendation systems to match candidates with job opportunities. - Lead AI Integration: Architect and integrate AI services with our existing platform, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. - Establish Data Infrastructure: Lead the design and creation of our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, storage solutions, and analytics frameworks to support both current AI applications and future data analysis use cases. - Stay at the Cutting Edge: Research and implement the latest advancements in AI technology, including LLMs, AI agents, and other emerging technologies. - Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with the CTO, product team, and other stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives. - Build and Lead a Team: Mentor junior ML engineers, data engineers and data scientists and help build our AI and data team as we scale. - Drive Innovation: Identify new opportunities to leverage AI for improving recruitment processes. - Optimize Performance: Continuously refine and improve our AI models and systems for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

You'll join a passionate team of innovators dedicated to transforming the recruitment industry through technology. Working directly with the CEO, CTO and product team, you'll have the opportunity to shape our AI strategy while collaborating with talented professionals across the organization.

Your qualifications

Required: - 3-5 years of experience in ML engineering or AI development. - Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.). - Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and building AI workflows. - Knowledge of recommendation systems and information retrieval techniques for matching and ranking. - Basic understanding of data infrastructures for AI applications. - Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control, and CI/CD. - Strong Business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data science, or a related field. Nice to Have: - Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building multi-agent AI systems and orchestrating agentic workflows. - Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and working with vector databases. - Experience with data engineering tools and technologies. - Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive data infrastructure, including data pipelines and analytics platforms. - Leadership experience in building and managing technical teams.
